Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) for the damaged item
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@drlukeshop.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dr. LUKe Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Dr. LUKe Shop will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@drlukeshop.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
